  • 20- oz package of refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 3-4 large kale leaves stems removed and torn into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Freshly grated parmesan

  • In a 4-quart or similarly sized pot, heat oil on medium-high. Add sausage and cook for about 3 minutes or until the sausage is browned and cooked thoroughly.
