Gyeranppang (Korean Egg Bread)

2 cups all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups milk 1/4 cup unsalte butter, melted 4 slices of cheese (optional, for added indulgence) Chopped chives or green onions for garnish

Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). This ensures that your Gyeranppang will bake evenly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and melted butter until well combined.

Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Be cautious not to overmix, as this can affect the texture of the final product.

Grease your muffin tin or Gyeranppang molds. Pour the batter into each mold, filling them about two-thirds full.
