Ingredients

– 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 cups granulated sugar – 1/2 cup vegetable oil – 2 tsp vanilla extract – 4 eggs – 2 cups all-purpose flour – 2 tsp baking powder – 1 tsp cinnamon – 1/2 tsp gochugaru Korean chili flakes – 1/2 tsp cumin – 1/2 tsp smoked paprika – 1/2 tsp salt – 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Spicy Chocolate Crinkle Cookies

Instructions

– In a large bowl, combine cocoa, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Beat in eggs, one at a time. – In the same bowl, sift in flour and baking powder. Stir in cinnamon, gochugaru, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt, and mix ingredients until a sticky dough is formed. Cover the dough and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. – Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), line baking sheets with parchment paper, and pour powdered sugar onto a plate.
