Snoogle Pastry Recipe


1 sheet puff pastry (thawed if frozen) Cream Cheese Filling: 4 oz cream cheese, softened 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Butter Glaze: 2 tablespoons butter, melted 2 tablespoons powdered sugar 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon milk (adjust to desired consistency)

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry sheet to smooth out any creases. Cut the puff pastry into strips, about 1 inch wide and 6 inches long.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
