Rice Paper Omelette Recipe
3 large eggs
3 rice paper sheets
1/4 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
1/4 cup diced onions
1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons cooking oil
Whisk the eggs
in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Dice the bell peppers and onions.
Dip each rice paper sheet into warm water for about 5-10 seconds until it becomes pliable. Be gentle to avoid tearing.
Place a soaked rice paper sheet on a clean surface. Add a portion of whisked eggs, diced bell peppers, onions, and shredded cheese (if using) in the center.
